Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), is Asia's major global payment brand and credit card issuer with 140 million global cardmembers. Our creative task was to transform its brand presence and improve its customer experience strategy.
In a world where speed has become a byword, our strategy was to focus on the art of anticipatory hospitality, or as the Japanese know it, omotenashi. We commissioned the renowned illustrator Brian Grimwood to create 12 delicate illustrations. These were then supported with headlines that extolled the different benefits of a very different approach to business.

This integrated campaign consisted of films, content pieces, banner ads and social media posts.
